Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Zen360Life subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (London, UK), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment will appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET*ZEN360LIFE" or similar. Billing disputes are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Access to premium content is retained until the period end date
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused days in the current period

3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date (the "cooling-off period") under the Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Important: By subscribing and accessing premium newsletter content before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once you access the content, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have not accessed any premium content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@zen360life.com before the cooling-off period expires.

4. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscribers who have not accessed any newsletter content may request a refund within 14 days of their annual renewal date. After this period, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewals.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@zen360life.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — we are happy to resolve most issues directly.

7. Referral Commissions

Earned referral commissions are non-refundable once withdrawn. Commissions on transactions that are subsequently refunded or charged back will be voided and deducted from your pending balance.
