1. About Us

Zen360Life ("we", "us", "our") is a digital newsletter subscription service operated by Saravanan Durairaj, a sole proprietor registered in India (the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zen360life.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Zen360Life provides subscribers with access to premium weekly digital newsletters covering topics including health & wellness, personal finance, and productivity. Content is delivered via email and made available through a members-only web portal.

Newsletters are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on our content.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. We currently offer two plans:

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $99.99 per year, billed annually (equivalent to ~$8.33/month)

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged to the payment method on file.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Referral Programme

Throughout the website, referral commissions may be referred to as "rewards." These terms are used interchangeably and refer to the same programme described in this section.

Active subscribers may participate in our single-tier referral programme. When you refer a new subscriber using your unique referral link and they complete a paid subscription, you earn a 20% recurring commission on their subscription payments for as long as they remain a subscriber.

This is a direct, single-level affiliate programme. You earn commissions only on subscriptions you personally refer — there are no multi-level or hierarchical commission structures. Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

We reserve the right to void commissions and/or suspend accounts where fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the referral system is detected.

Withdrawals are processed manually by our team. Minimum withdrawal amount and supported payment methods are shown on your dashboard. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 14 business days of approval.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute newsletter content without our written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the referral programme through self-referral, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity
• Impersonate Zen360Life or any of its employees or agents

8. Intellectual Property

All newsletter content, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Zen360Life and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for your own private, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen360Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
